Web- en mobile application for the dealer network
Brewery Westmalle was looking for a replacement for their existing application to manage the dealer network and the cafés where Westmalle is served. We developed a new application that is webbased. Main dealers can login and create and manage clients and export data to excel.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
When a user logs in he can manage all the detailed information of their dealers and clients, as well as a detailed agenda of their commercial appointments or recurrent cleaning activities.
Mobile application
The sales representatives are mostly out of their offices. This means they had to able to access their information on the road and in real time. The sales person can access the applicaton and connected database online and make adjustments in real-time just as he needs.
